Our main server IP is "awesomepossum.g.nfoservers.com". However, we have the option of using an alternate IP, which up until now was "krazykingdom.g.nfoservers.com".

The alternate IP has been changed to "prs.g.nfoservers.com". If you were using the old alternate IP, you will need to change it to either the main IP or the new alternate IP in order to log in.
